RE: renewable caring

For those who show up...however they can for love

…caregiving of yourself and your others …and the world

to be better gardeners of our ONE WILD AND PRECIOUS LIFE….

Practice created for you has now become my practice...

I NO PLAN  to do a sound meditation each morning...
I was asked to do it by my Unity San Francisco community because I did one in person each Sunday morning.  But honestly, the first twenty days of my Zoom Sound Meditations,  I was working it out and my community were guinea pigs.
THE learning curve...  It's not like live and in-person where you can look at  faces to see if the sound it hitting well, or adapt in the moment to the collective setting of intentions - that is, reading the room.

But it is still improvisation. My favorite singing bell does not come across over the virtual airwaves.  Other singing bells still resonate. But the biggest difference between doing a sound meditation in person and virtually, is that it is more MY practice than yours.

More MY practice than yours...
Of course, I am curious how a sound is landing on those who log in to join me live, but the feedback is a a mere trickle compared to in person. And this is the new world.

Our gatherings will be different from now on.  When a random hug has a 23% greater chance of killing someone, you would have to be clueless not to pause before doing so.

And our spiritual community in San Francisco were huggers...Probably not so now.  Things change.  Let's put our heads and hearts together, even from six feet, and come up with an even better new normal.

An Even Better New Normal...We can do it.
